Wendy W.Y. YungWendy Yung is an advocate for good corporate governance in Hong Kong. Prior to founding “Practising Governance” for this cause, Wendy was Executive Director and Company Secretary of Hysan Development Company Limited, and played a key role in developing and implementing its well-recognized corporate governance practices. Over the years, her responsibilities have spanned human resources, corporate communications, as well as commercial operations.

She is also a co-opted member of the Audit and Risk Committee of the Hong Kong Hospital Authority. She previously served as a member of the Listing Committee of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and the Standing Committee on Company Law Reform.
First trained as a solicitor, Wendy also qualified as a certified public accountant and a chartered secretary in Hong Kong. She is a council member of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries, and also served as a co-opted council member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She graduated with First Class Honours in Law from Oxford University, United Kingdom.

Christopher Hui Ching-yu, JPMr. Hui was appointed the Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury on 22 April 2020.
Mr. Hui was an Administrative Officer in the Government from 1999 to 2003 and served in the Economic Development Branch, the Office of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in Beijing and the Home Affairs Department. Mr. Hui worked in the banking sector after leaving the Government in 2003 and has worked for the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited for over 10 years. He has been the Executive Director of the Hong Kong Financial Services Development Council since 2019.
Mr. Hui holds Bachelor and Master (Hon) Degrees in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford, and Master of Business Administration Degree from INSEAD. He also attended the Stanford Executive Programme (SEP).
Katherine NgKatherine Ng is the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Policy in the Listing Division. Ms. Ng joined Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (“HKEX”) in 2013. Prior to that, Ms. Ng had served as Political Assistant to the Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury of the Hong Kong Government, worked in an international investment bank and an international law firm in Hong Kong and London. Ms. Ng holds a Master of Arts in Law from Trinity College, University of Cambridge and is a qualified lawyer in both Hong Kong and England & Wales. Ms. Ng has been the Chairman of Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute since December 2018. She is an Advisor to Our Hong Kong Foundation, a Director of the World Wide Fund for Nature Hong Kong, a fellow of the Aspen Institute and a Member of the Hong Kong Academy of Finance.

He is a sustainability professional with 25 years of experience leading the development of sustainability strategies and overseeing implementation in consultancy and corporate environments.

As Group General Counsel, Mr. Simmonds is responsible for the provision of legal and insurance services across the CLP Group and leads a team of lawyers and insurance specialists who provide strategic advice and counsel to CLP Holdings and its subsidiaries. He has extensive infrastructure experience advising on strategic acquisitions and divestments, projects and construction, corporate structuring, regulatory issues and competition laws.
As Chief Administrative Officer, Mr. Simmonds is responsible for the Group’s property development and management activities, climate change strategy, special projects of the CEO, and a range of commercial and administrative matters of significance to the Group.
